All About Health
Our health journey as a couple started 20 years ago. My Husband was diagnosed with a debilitating chronic illness. At the time they gave him approximately 2 months or so to live.
That's when we decided to take to a proactive approach to Health. We decided that we are individually responsible to be our own advocates!
Most people approach fitness with the goal to simply look better! Nevertheless, they often take for granted that it truly is about Health!
Our mission is Health first! We want to primarily focus on improving the Health of people that we have the privilege to work with! The Fitness part will automatically tag along!Â
